SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping will take 2-5 business days and then 3-6 business days for rural or remote locations.

Shipping is $10 for Australian orders. Receive complimentary shipping for all orders over $50 AUD. We do not ship internationally. 

The Wash Wild range is manufactured and shipped from Australia.

If you need your order before a certain date, please contact hello@washwild.com.au to confirm exact delivery times.

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, please email hello@washwild.com.au immediately and we will do our best to assist. However, once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping costs.

Once placed we cannot amend orders.  For urgent enquiries, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@washwild.com.auand we will do our best to assist.  We cannot apply discount codes after processing. 

Yes within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@washwild.com.au to initiate your return. We only accept returns of unused products in their original packaging.

You can send returns (original packaging and unused) to 404 Oxford St Paddington NSW 2021.  A refund will be issued on receipt of the products.

No. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.

Please allow 7 days upon receipt of goods for your refund to be processed.

We will happily exchange your order for something else. Please send the products to PO Box 290 Waverley 2024 and let us know via email what you would like instead.  Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
