Shipping will take 2-5 business days and then 3-6 business days for rural or remote locations.

Shipping is $10 for Australian orders. Receive complimentary shipping for all orders over $50 AUD. We do not ship internationally. 

Yes within 30 days of purchase. You can send returns (original packaging and unused) to 404 Oxford St Paddington NSW 2021.  A refund will be issued on receipt of the products.

Our range is currently available at over 600 Woolworths across Australia. Find your nearest here. Not all products available in all stores. You can also contact Woolworths via this form or ask your local store manager to range a product.

It is a blend of many different Australian native oils that was developed in collaboration with a leading Australian research institution. It smells like the Australian bush - a soft lemon eucalyptus scent.

The pack sizes have been designed for both convenience and value.  The 300ml bottles are a handy size to be carrying around the home when cleaning – they are light enough to feel nice and functional in use.  

We chose post customer recycled plastic so that no new plastic is created in the production of the range.  All bottles can be recycled.  We opted for 1L refills for selected products rather than soft pouches as these bottles are easily recycled again, rather than ending up in landfill.

The bottles need to be PET plastic due to the strength of the formulations inside.

Lids on the 300ml and 1L are interchangable.  You can buy the small bottle and switch the lid to the large one if you wish.

The range contains 99%+ naturally derived ingredients for all products except the Dishwasher Powder which is 90%+ naturally derived.  The only ingredients that are not natural are blue colour (<.5% in the toilet cleaner) and sodium benzoate (<1% in multipurpose spray, glass cleaner, floor cleaner), aminomethyl propanol and carbomer (<1% in the hand sanitiser).  The Hand Wash, Body Wash, Laundry Liquid and Dish Wash all are made 100% from ingredients that are derived from plants.  The Dishwasher Powder is all natural with the exception of sodium percarbonate.

They are similar. The only ingredients in WASH WILD formulations that are not natural are blue colour (<.5% in the toilet cleaner), sodium benzoate (<1% in multipurpose spray, glass cleaner, floor cleaner), sodium percarbonate (dishwasher powder) and cocamidapropyl betaine. 

Yes. The research undertaken with CSIRO verified that the W4C® inside each bottle ensures 99.9% of germs are removed – and do not grow back.  It was found to effectively kill commonly found pathogens including Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter baumanii, Staphylococcus aureus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
